Are You Sick of “Guru BS” too?

Filed Under (Blogging Tools, Breaking News, Make Money Blogging, Wordpress) by Ian Richardson on 23-06-2009

WARNING:

You have 7 days to take advantage of the $27 special price.

On June 30, 2009 the price jumps back to $37.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

My inbox is full of nothing but crap.

Non-stop hype, bogus “systems”, and outright lies.

It seems like every day there’s another “launch” of some expensive piece of B.S. by some self-proclaimed “Guru” - and the guy probably just started last week.

It pisses me off.

So when I see a good product I review it carefully and if I believe it’s going to “really” help you improve your business, or get a significant result in your life, I recommend it.

That’s what happened this week when I got to read a “breakthrough” blog traffic manual.

Take a look for yourself:

“The $365k Blog Traffic Formula.”

You’ll get the secret traffic source of some of today’s top bloggers…

I’m talking about big names such as:

Chris Garrett
Daniel Scocco
Darren Rowse
Jack Humphrey
Jason Katzenback
Matt Garrett
Yaro Starak

Which one do you know?

Stop wating your time and money reading endless emails full of crap!

Catch you later,

Ian

How to write a blog post in 7 minutes

Filed Under (Cre8ive Tools, Make Money Blogging, Wordpress) by Ian Richardson on 13-06-2009

I got this note from Jack Humphrey today:

Hey Ian,

Here’s a real-world reason why I love Utility Poster.

You have to have new blog posts going up regularly to get all the traffic and rankings you possibly can. I want a new post going up every week day.

There are some days where a post is just not going to be possible if I create it from scratch.

This is true for all bloggers. You’re just not always going to have time.

At this point you have 2 choices:

  1. Forget about it for today and miss an opportunity for
rankings, links, Tweets, and satisfying your readers.
  2. Get something up fast that still meets your quality
standards, keeps you on schedule, and gets you links,
    traffic, and happy readers.

Most everyone chooses #1. This is because they simply don’t know they have a choice.

My choice today, as busy as I was with other things, was to open Utility Poster and bang out a great news post in about 7 minutes.

Other great bloggers in my niche DID have time to post today and I simply used their hard work to add valuable content to my site, giving my readers tips and posts to read that they may have otherwise missed.

They love it. The engines love it. And I didn’t miss a beat despite being swamped today.

THAT’S how important this tool is to me.

My blog makes 5 figures a month because I post regularly even if it’s a 7 minute post on days where I just don’t have time for anything else.

Pass this on to your readers. They need this tool. They are going to love you for sharing it with them!

- Jack Humphrey

——–

I couldn’t have said it better. That’s Jack showing the power of Utility Poster and how it fits in his blogging routine.

If it’s that important to Jack, it should be that important to you!

Grab Utility Poster right now, before they put the price back to where it probably belongs!

Now I’m off to have some fun with my copy of Utility Poster, not to mention the added bonuses :)

Catch you later,

Ian

PROOF, Niches In A Box REALLY Works.

Filed Under (Blogging Tools, Internet Marketing Tactics, Niche News, PLR Products) by Ian on 20-04-2009

Last year I let you know about just one of the best system on the Internet to Make Money Blogging in 2009, well JP has just made a video which shows your undeniable PROOF that his system CAN produce an income of $2000/DAY.

Yes I know that $2000/DAY is a little hard to believe but here is a video showing you LIVE PROOF!

>>> Read all about Niches In A Box by clicking here <<<

I have a couple of sites from JP, not the ones he’s using in the video but an earlier version of his system, and these sites STILL produce an Adsense income to this day and I have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the sites since I uploaded them. I even forget I have them until I see my Adsense income and those sites are the biggest money earners. The funny thing is that one of the sites is broken and not showing the content correctly, but it STILL gets a large number of visitors and STILL gives me an income.

Now this system isn’t the cheapest on the Internet, but it’s got to be one of the best and NOW you have UNDENIABLE PROOF that this system ACTUALLY WORKS!

The secret here people is simply this.

It’s not rocket science or some dark mystical secret that only a select few are privy too.

It’s not something that has been devised recently.

The secret is……

If you want to succeed on the Internet you have to choose the one thing you are going to do online to gain an income and ONLY concentrate on doing that.

Delete yourself from all the other mailing lists.

Backup all the other stuff you have purchased online and put it away.

Read nothing else except for what you receive from Niches In A Box and put it into action.

That’s it!

Simple!

Isn’t it?

Your turn!

Grab Niches In A Box today and get started.

You will be one day closer to $2000/DAY that the person who doesn’t DO IT NOW!

Wordpress 2.7 Plugin Widget, Global Translator.

Filed Under (Plug Ins, Wordpress) by Ian on 09-04-2009

Let me start by saying this. If you haven’t installed the Global Translator Plug-In, you better do it today because you are missing valuable traffic to your Wordpress Blog!

Watch the video below to see how easy it is to install and how valuable it is for traffic to your blog.

I’ve decided to write about this as well, so if you watched the video there’s really no need to read below, this is mainly for the people who can’t watch the video.

Recently I was noticing a lot of traffic from other countries, especially when I was using yet another excellent plugin which shows you what people are searching for and find your blog. The main language I have seen lately is Arabic, it came as quite a surprise to see my blog posts in Arabic I must admit. Other countries which are high on the traffic list are Russian Federation, India, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, China, Romania and Indonesia.

On further investigation I realised all this traffic from other countries happened because I have the Global Translator plugin installed on my blog. You can see it on the right of this post, it’s under the title Translator and has pictures of many country flags.

Having the Global Translator Plugin installed on my Wordpress Blog has been responsible for the following:

  • Extra 2500 pages in various languages in April 2009.
  • Google indexing my posts many more times in other languages.
  • Comments from people written on my blog in other languages.
  • Potential for other income streams with information in other languages.

I’m sure there are a lot more benefits I haven’t considered. If you can think of some why not mention them in the comments below.

IMPORTANT Remember you can’t keep clicking on the flags to translate your posts to make them available in other languages because you will get a block put on that service for a couple of days.

I hope this has been helpful and I encourage you to install the Global Translator Plugin Today.

Have an excellent Easter and I’ll catch you again soon.

Ian

Comment Spammers Beware!

Filed Under (Wordpress) by Ian Richardson on 27-03-2009

Do you have a blog?

Do you use commentluv or KeywordLuv?

Have you noticed a new kind of comment spammer trying to take advantage of us with comments that kinda look real, but if you search the Internet you can see there are hundreds of comments exactly the same?

If not I thought I better warn you and also the spammers.

This WILL NOT be tolerated and all comments WILL BE DELETED!

I’ve written about this before and I have tried to let you know the benefits of commenting on my blog, but it looks like I have to do it again.

Let’s first define what comment spam is.

Wikipedia define it as “automatically posting random comments or promoting commercial services to blogs, wikis, guestbooks, or other publicly accessible online discussion boards.  Any web application that accepts and displays hyperlinks submitted by visitors may be a target.”

So basically it’s someone or something posting comments onto a blog with NO intention of being part of the conversation and adding zero value.  They simply want a link back to their site for free, and I’m not going to tolerate it.

I’m more than happy to approve a GOOD quality comment which is part of the conversation.  Add some value, give your REAL opinion, ask REAL questions, get INVOLVED.

Some comment spammers have tried to disguise the fact that it’s spam by making it look like a real comment, but on closer investigation it’s easy to see it’s reallt SPAM.

They try and appeal to your ego by telling you how good you are.

Here’s a common comment I have seen many times now.

“I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts.  I just added you to my Google News Reader.  Keep up the good work.  Look forward to reading more from you in the future.”

Nice hey?

How did I identify this as spam?

I copied the whole paragraph and entered it into Google’s search engine.

Here’s the most current results.

Over 13,500 results so far.

Here’s another example.

“Nice writing style. Looking forward to reading more from you.”

6,890 results and I’m sure this number will increase.

So this is what I am doing from now on to combat spammers and ONLY reward the REAL comments from REAL people.

  1. In the name field where you leave a comment ENTER YOUR REAL NAME.
  2. Mention things in the article, give opinions, ask questions, stay on subject.
  3. Real comments aren’t full of links.  commentluv and KeywordLuv will add some links for you.  If you have an article on your blog or somewhere else that adds value I’ll allow a link to that as well.

Just remember.  I check EVERY comment so SPAM WILL NOT GET APPROVED.

You and I both have wishes. I might be able to grant some of yours through my blog and products. Toss a coin in the well by clicking this link then send me your wish on the next page. Your wish money will help some of my wishes come true, this includes helping the charities I support...
