		<description>I would tend to agree with you however the freedom we have in this world is relative to the other's one. I mean, you can try to perform things how you want to but you cannot control 100% how the others are behaving. You should take into consideration the way others are acting even if they aren't acting as you would expect. I agree with you that it is good to fire troublemakers but it isn't always feasible, isn't it?

		<description>Good advice for when you're feeling overwhelmed.  I find that I go through cycles when I feel "heavy" and need to unload some responsibilities and then I cycle around to where I'm "light" and start adding things back on.  The most important thing is to accept that it is a cycle and not feel guilty for saying "no" to adding on more things to do when you already overloaded.
