I’ve just put the finishing touches to another physical product you can purchase and have delivered directly to your mail box.

Being a CD I have been able to include some video interviews as an added bonus, and you don’t have to worry about downloading them and using your bandwidth, which I know is an issue with some people who still cannot access Broadband and have to rely on dial-up or satellite.
