MuVar is a great program, but support is difficult.

I’ve been following James Brousch’s Blog for sometime now and have several of his products.

More recently I am trying to incorporate MuVar (and a few of his other products) on a site I am developing to see how everything works.  My theory is to make things automatic like James does so I get more time to spend doing the things I love.

Now to set up MuVar is simple enough, and it seems everything will work ok IF you use his “paper” layout, which is fine, but I always like to try something different.

Over the past two nights I have tried to make things as simple as possible, but still I am having problems.

Now my problem is getting support on the problem I am having.

I could subscribe to his Magic Email program, but I don’t want to pay $900/month just for one question.  Even the BIG companies have some sort of support, or ticket system.  I’m lost as to find any way, other than this, to try and get a reply.

James (or Intern), if you do see this post can you please contact me regarding the problems I am having with this page.
