		<description>I agree with what you said.  A big key to it seems to be following what sites like ebay and amazon do - make it personalized to the consumer as possible by including recently viewed or similar items.  That's both good and bad, though.  Amazon sends me e-mails relating to books I bought over two years ago.  Not really going to wow me with that.
