Yes, a very interesting affair Ian, and one which causes me to wonder just how much these “gurus” know about business, especially with his comments about the importance of the customer.

I found his comments very arrogant, and have reassigned his emails to a more appropriate folder - the trash folder!

If he is an example of an Internet marketer, judged on this affair, it is one thing that I wouldn’t wish to be identified with!
