One of the biggest misconceptions and pitfalls is that buying e-books makes you an expert in Internet marketing. This falsehood is so off base it’s time to clear these things up and get to the truth. E-books are great, but the bottom line is this doesn’t maker you and Internet marketer or a Internet Marketing pro. I’ve complied some tips that will help you better understand Internet marketing and what you need to do to be a Internet marketer quicker.
Internet marketing consists of many different things and is much more than just buying a set of ebooks or software and putting up a shingle and call you a expert. E-books are a great place to start and don’t get me wrong you can learn a lot from some of these e-books out on the market. In turn their also is a lot of bad ones out their that just will confuse you even more. My suggestion is read as many as you can but remember not every word is gospel. Another way to really learn Internet marketing is taking these online conference calls that many give way for free. You will be able to listen to what they have and actually take notes for your own business or ideas you may have. Most of these are recorded so you will be able to listen to them at a later date just incase you can’t catch the whole thing at once.
Becoming a better Internet marketer comes from experience and trial and error. Failure many times is your best teacher and trust me you will fail many times, but this shows you what doesn’t work. One of my favorite tools to use especially if your just starting out is youtube. Youtube is a video sharing place that has videos on almost everything you can imagine and yes they do have ones on Internet marketing to. Many of these videos will have tips and suggestions that will give you ideas of what to do and what not to do. The information that you can find here is unreal. You can’t find greater free information on Internet marketing than here.
Internet marketing is something that takes time to fully understand and make days,weeks, and years sometimes to fully understand. Once you do though Internet marketing is something that you will love to do. Trial and error is just part of the business and you will understand that. You will hear stories of the millions of millions that people make in Internet marketing. Sometimes this happens, but to be honest most of the time it doesn’t happen right away. These stories are the exception and not the rule. Becoming an Internet marketer takes a long process and many get discouraged and give up before they find what they are looking for.
E-books, software, and other things are just a part of the Internet marketers tools that he will need to make it as a full-time career. Remember Internet marketing is full of ups and downs and isn’t easy.

Great post, I think the best advice you can give to someone who wants to be an internet marketer is ‘don’t give up!’ There is so much misleading information at there and it takes a lot of time to trawl through it all. Theres no easy way to learn internet marketing but eventually you get the hang of it and things start to click in to place and you find out what works best for you.
