A Niche is a Notch. Catch?

EzyAs123

You may think that niche marketing is only in the conversations of people because of Internet Marketing and all the hype ‘Gurus’ have put on the subject. In truth the concept has been around for many years.

Here’s an example for you.

Abbott and Costello

NOTE: The above recording may not work in Firefox, please try viewing the same page in IE.

You should have already guessed I love these two guys and their comedy. I’ve got a few more gems from Abbott and Costello which I will share with you in future posts. The recording you just heard was done by Abbott and Costello in the early 1930’s for radio a radio show they used to have.

So just like Bud said to Lou, “Anyone who is successful has found a Niche!”

Think of anyone making a fantastic income through the Internet and you will discover they all have found their Niche in Life. I can tell you from personal experience that my success was directly proportional to the concentration I spent on one particular niche. You might find this hard to believe, but some days I still struggle with trying to find my Niche in Life and Internet Marketing, and that what leads to a decline in sales and profit.

Focus on what you are good at, or what you can do for others that you can exchange your knowledge and ability for dollars. It’s simply going back to the basics of barter. The problem I encountered which kept me from finding my real Niche in Life was the constant stream of emails and noise from people saying they had the next “Golden Ticket” to freedom.

Stop being a sheep by following all the bright lights and noise of the next greatest thing on earth and focus on how YOU can personally help others with the knowledge you already have. Only the Shepherds create changes and thus find people to listen.

If you are still struggling with your niche then I’d like to recommend this book to you.
