Do Camtasia Videos sound like chipmunks?

EzyAs123

Like you, I spend a lot of time on my computer and surfing the net looking for information to help me with my business. Part of this time is consumed watching training videos or informational videos made with Camtasia.

Have you noticed that some of them have audio that is all messed up and very difficult to listen to?

Like me, did you think it was your Firefox browser of Internet Explorer?

Well I’m happy to inform you there isn’t anything wrong with your computer, browser or even your hearing.

I came across some information on a blog by Frank Bruno which explains the problem and how to fix it. You can watch the video and learn more by clicking this link. By the way, that isn’t an affiliate link, it’s simply a link to his video, just in case your wondering.

Now for the bad news.

There isn’t anything you can do about the video because, as Frank explains, it is up to the creator of the video to fix the problem before it is published on the Internet.

So a little bit of good and bad news here, but at least if you are creating Camtasia Videos you can keep this in mind and fix the problem before you publish.

Regards,

ian
