Video Sites BOOM - Niche Video Site Builder and my service offer.
I’m not very much into site builders, mainly because I have to go in later on and do a lot of modification afterwards. As you already know, I work closely with JP Schoeffel on many products, so when I saw his latest creation I was very excited.
Today I am happy to tell you about JP Schoeffel’s Niche Video Site Builder.
It does exactly what the title states. This script builds sites that uses videos as the content. There are more videos being added to the web each day than any other type of content.
Since video started it’s movement onto the Internet in a way all of us could use (thanks to broadband), it has become, in MANY ways, the freshest and most relevant content of the web, the search engines love content people want to see and are frequently favoring video content in their search results.
Using videos other people post on popular video portals to create fresh, constantly updating content web sites creates a good opportunity to get traffic from the search engines to your sites.
What do you think would need to be done in order to create one of these sites and keep it FRESH?
You would have to:
- Search the Internet for videos related to your topic
- Research keywords
- Design the website
- Manually create each page for each keyword
- Insert javascript code (not indexed by the search engines) to display a video on your site
- Insert some ads
- Link all the pages together hoping that your optimized linking will attract the search engines
- Promote your site to try and start getting traffic
- Wait while the search engines find and index 10 of your web site’s pages
How much of YOUR time would it that take to complete the process?
2 to 3 hours if you know what your doing….2 or 3 days if you’re new to all this….
Ok, so you’ve done all the above and created your site. You’ve also done a little promotion to get your New Video Site indexed and it receives 2 or 3 visitors a day.
Do you think that’s all you have to do? Think again….
Now you have to do the following to keep your site FRESH and constantly receiving more traffic.
- Find more new videos
- Manually update your existing pages to remove previous videos
- Add more code in order to display new videos
- Remove old keyword pages
- Create new pages
- Recreate the whole linking structure
- Start promoting once again
At least 1 to 2 hours….a day….or more of YOUR precious time!
Also, keep in mind that you’ve only built ONE SINGLE Video Niche Web site…
As we are fond of saying: Rinse and Repeat. Are you going to enjoy repeating all the tasks above….twice, 3 times, 10 times….a month?
This is where JP’s new tool comes in handy.
You can use Niche Video Site Builder to quickly create websites containing videos related to any keyword(s) you like. It will build the pages of the website automatically, and it can continue to add more videos on autopilot, so you’re site will be updated with FRESH content without you having to do anything.

The script also incorporates several important web 2.0 social networking/bookmarking elements. You can instantly monetize these sites simply by plugging your AdSense ID into the script, but there are some other features I am going to build in myself.
To make things even easier JP has included something Very Important in Bonus #5. You will see 10 Templates he’s including with the package. These are excellent to help you make very nice looking sites, and it’s really what tipped the scales into motivating me to write this review.
JP never creates things that look like the spammy AdSense sites of the old-school page generators, take a look at Niche0In-A-Bow for example. If it did I would have passed on this straight away, but these are sharp, fresh looking sites, and since it’s template-driven, the sites are fully customizable, which is my personal preference so I can add more monetisation features I know work on these sites.
The only thing I was only a little concerned with was that he hasn’t incorporated more video sources. Granted, YouTube alone has plenty to sustain the program (they receive over 36,000 new videos each minute), but it would be nice to have some others like Revver. Using Revver videos you could actually earn revenue from the videos themselves, rather than just the ads on the page.
One thing I do know, JP is working on MORE revisions prompted by users. Here are the latest revisions in Version 2, and after discussion with JP, I know there are a lot more on the way.
- Results are sorted by relevancy by default (thus removing a lot of irrelevant results)
- You can switch from Relevancy mode to 3 other modes (last updated view count, rating)
- Additional filter enabled by default to remove all offensive videos, and to remove all offensive tags (you can further customize it)
- You only need to edit the main keyword and your adsense ID (even with the new features, you don’t need to change your configuration on your existing site)
- You can change the number of videos displayed on the front page
- Search feature
- Fully Template driven
- How to guide on how to create a template from scratch
- This one is big: 10 premium templates ready to go!
Oh and just in case you are worried about purchasing upgrades, don’t because he includes lifetime upgrades.
In conclusion, I’m recommending this script because:
- It’s a great concept
- It creates fresh, appealing to the eye, customizable sites

I would be very interested in working with you and JP’s script. I also think there needs to be more room for ads. Also, according to YouTube’s TOS, they frown upon sites using their videos simply to generate ad revenue. However, they welcome the use of their videos, for example, embedded in a blog if the blog then comments on the video.
So I think the script needs a way to include commentary from the admin.
I have over 30 years experience in copywriting, broadcasting, advertising and publishing, but I lack a technical background for this. That’s why some kind of association could go well. I bought the resell rights to JP’s script. I also own rights to HavAds.
Things are busy right now for the holidays, but, once again, I am very interested in this. In fact, I was wondering whom I would work with on these sites when I got your email.

I too think there could be some improvements to the templates and not necessarily the script, and, modification to the script itself isn’t allowed under the terms of the agreement.
I have already started research into templates and things are looking promising.

Can this program be used to create sites on free hosting like googlepages, etc? Can HavAds be used on the Niche Video Builder?

I don’t see why not, but I haven’t looked at the terms in relation to using NVSB on sites like that. It will certainly be something I will look into and make sure it is covered in the service I am thinking about.
As for using HavAds, no reason why not. The template would need quite a bit of changing. Great idea and one I will take on board.

This is a smart script for sure but, just like with any type of site, the challenge is getting the traffic. I have not done much social network marketing but just how easy is it get visitors to all these new sites we are going to throw up?
Actually, I just thought of another thing. All the vids come from youtube.com and it’s quite obvious that they do so if I was interested in, say, my golf-swing, why would I bother to go anywhere else apart from youtube in the first place?

As with any site on the Internet, getting traffic is the No.1 thing we all need to have a profitable web site, that’s the obvious part. How to get that traffic is the hard part.
JP does include, as a bonus, what I still use to this day to help me get traffic to my blog. It’s his VisitorSense Video Series and if you follow his techniques you can’t go wrong. Do keep in mind though, these techniques aren’t all I do to create traffic and I have devised a few other techniques which help even further. I’m even in the process of creating an Intern program and Software, and will be offering it here in the near future so everyone can learn how to generate traffic to your sites.
So to answer your first question. There are ways in which you can get traffic to your site, but it does take work (yes that nasty 4 letter word), and consistent effort. As the saying goes, “You don’t get nothing for nothing!”, but I can show you how to do it
As for the reason why people wouldn’t just go to YouTube to view the videos, because believe it or not, not everyone know about it or uses YouTube, and people also like things to be Ezy.
The idea behind the script is to have a One-Stop-Shop for all the videos related to one subject, so the site you build will be a targeted site, with a lot of good SEO on the site for that subject, plus a large selection of targeted videos for that subject, so search engines will love the site. If the search engines see that your site has a lot of interest (through your promotion efforts), then it will crawl and list your site. With YouTube the subject isn’t a targeted niche site like the video site.
Once someone lands on your site it becomes very easy to watch video after video because they have already been selected like in a search. Although I don’t have the statistics just yet because they are still being gathered, I am expecting to see the amount of time a visitor stays on my site to increase, and the number of pages viewed to also increase.

I’ve been going back and forth the NVSB website for 2 weeks since I came across it. I’ve been trying to make money online for 6 months now, paid for memberships for the past 3 months and just had one sale ever since. The new year is making me look for a new approach so I’m thinking of getting into adwords but don’t really have the money for it yet that’s why I’m looking into NVSB again for adsense.
I’ve worked real hard for the past 6 months, followed everything like it was the bible, and I think the coffee I had has already surpassed what my Dad had been drinking throughout his lifetime. But all of it never paid off, well, I had two sales!
If the traffic I was able to direct to my affiliate sites through my article writing was converted to adsense clicks I think I may have earned a lot more now.
I came across your site while looking at the competition (was looking into promoting NVSB too!) but I saw a promising ally instead. I am interested in your Internship program. If what you teach can make me money with just hard work as my capital, I am willing to undergo the same drill I went through for the past months.
I am a bit technically challenged when it comes to making websites. Does NVSB really have guides on how to put up the adsense sites and set up everything? As long as there are instructions for me to follow, I can learn to put it up.

I came across NVSB on the Boxing day, 26 Dec 07 from one of those free traffic site’s email and has been impressed by the software’s capability to be able to generate traffic on autopilot.
As I am very keen to purchase it, I googled NVSB and came across your Blog/site. I fully agree and share the same view with your foresight and vision (including those readers who have the same views) that there is rooms for improvement (with respect to JP) for the NVSB’s script to include other type of advertisements and functionality so that we can have additional avenue of monetising our websites/blog instead of totally depending on Google Adsense.

It is literally a mine field out there of people offering ‘then next best thing’ that will make you money online, and I have purchased my fair share of them, just don’t look at my bank balance and tell my wife
Some good news. JP is aware of some things that NVSB could do with having to make it an even better package and I can tell you this because he is a good friend of mine who I am in contact with daily. He is currently working on making NVSB an even better package than you can imagine, and all previous customers get the updates for free.
The best advise I could offer right now, and it has been advise I was given to make my Internet Marketing efforts pay off even more.
1. STOP WASTING TIME reading about every new offer that comes online.
2. UNSUBSCRIBE from all the emails that don’t help make you money and achieve your GOALS! Now I know from personal experience this can be something very hard to do. You MUST be ruthless with yourself and get off as many lists as possible. If you simply cannot survive without seeing what is being offered today, then I suggest you subscribe to http://www.IMNewsWatch.com as this will reduce your emails down to one instead of all the others announcing the same thing. I now receive 1 announcement email which includes all the latest offer, and the best part is you see a headline and a brief description. If nothing in the email fits my GOALS then I simply delete it.
3. Make yourself a task list for each time you sit in front of your computer to work on your GOALS. Write the list out BEFORE you sit in front of the computer and try to break each task down into how long it will take you. Then when you sit down to “WORK ON YOUR GOALS” make sure the plan is right beside you and set a timer to remind you when the time is almost up. Treat it like the exams we all did at school. We only had a specific amount of time to complete the exam and then it was pens down, do the same thing, BE FOCUSSED!
I will be going into a lot more detail on the specific things I do each day to move close to me dreams and goals in the Intern Course. I must apologise for the delay in getting the Intern Course ready, I want to be sure it contains everything you need to have the same success I do with my Internet Business. You are more than welcome to join William when I open the doors, but a little warning, it will need some of your time and a lot of dedication.

I came across your site as I was doing research on NVSB. There was some good discussion and then it stopped pretty much in January. Are you still using NVSB? In the different reviews I’ve been reading, nobody really talks about whether they make any money with it. I know that is kind of personal, but just a vague idea would be nice. You also mentioned an intern course and maybe something to follow that up, but again that was a while ago. I am pretty new to this and haven’t made a penny yet even though I spend many hours trying. I would be interested in an update.
